Welcome to the iqz10x platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and iqz10x, governing all aspects of your use of the platform. By registering on or continuing to use the platform, you are deemed to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform. To open an account on the iqz10x platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Bangladesh. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration; providing false information may result in account suspension or termination. Each individual may only open one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials completely confidential, and you may not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect that unauthorized access to your account has occurred, please notify our support team immediately.
All financial transactions on the iqz10x platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) and comply with applicable local laws. Minimum and maximum limits apply to deposits and withdrawals, as detailed on the platform's payment page. Withdrawal requests generally take 1–3 business days to process, and withdrawals may be held if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed. iqz10x reserves the right to place funds on hold pending investigation in the event of any suspicious or fraudulent transaction. The use of third-party payment methods or conducting transactions in another person's name is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
Iqz10x offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, each with its own specific terms and wagering requirements. Before claiming any bonus, please read the detailed terms of the relevant offer carefully, as bonuses may be forfeited if wagering requirements are not met. Any attempt to exploit bonuses using multiple accounts or false information will result in all bonuses being forfeited and the account may be permanently closed. iqz10x reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding bonuses, iqz10x's decision shall be considered final.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform: using automated software or bots to play games, exploiting system vulnerabilities, engaging in fraudulent behavior toward other users, and participating in money laundering or illegal financial activities. Attempting unauthorized access to iqz10x's servers or network, or attempting to modify the platform's code or software, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Harassing other users, using abusive language, or any attempt to disrupt the fair environment of the platform will result in account termination. iqz10x may close an account and forfeit all funds without prior notice if any of the above prohibited activities are found to have occurred.
All content on the iqz10x platform — including logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and designs — is protected under the intellectual property rights of iqz10x or its licensors. You may use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or similar actions on any part of the platform are strictly prohibited. iqz10x's trademarks or brand names may not be used without prior written permission. iqz10x reserves the right to take legal action in the event of intellectual property infringement.
The iqz10x platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Technical issues, maintenance, or third-party factors may temporarily disrupt the service, and iqz10x will not be held liable for such interruptions. iqz10x's liability for any financial loss arising from gaming or betting is limited to a maximum of the amount you deposited on the platform in the past 30 days. iqz10x will not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. iqz10x also reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account at any time without prior notice, particularly in cases of violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive account closure — such as intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — will remain in effect. If there is a valid balance at the time of account closure, it will be returned after verification is completed. However, there is no obligation to return funds in the case of an account terminated due to a breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable international online gaming laws and the laws of iqz10x's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute relating to the use of the platform will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the matter will be settled through mediation, and the mediator's decision will be binding on both parties.
